We our purchased a new sectional couch and coffee table yesterday from FFO in Broken Arrow. Brandon helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. I was impressed with the selection they had, and also the service. Brandon was awesome! He put no pressure on us, but he answered all of our questions and we found a set we loved! Dealing with salesman usually turns me off going into furniture stores, but I actually liked chatting with Brandon while we walked around. This place is worth checking out!

FFO Broken Arrow is the reason we are still long term FFO customers!! After having issues with another store, they were able to help get what we needed and were so professional about getting everything taken care of! Great team from the manager Dawn to the salesman that were so great to work with! We laughed and had a great experience and got wonderful furniture. Go see this location if you want the best!! I have to mention “Look for the salesman with the pretty hair and eye brows”. His real name is Tommy but you can call him pretty boy!!! :) thank you team for making our day!!!

I went to this store to purchase a recliner for my mom. I was so surprised by the ease of doing business with this team that I will definitely shop there again. They were so kind and personable and not pushy at all, the salesman was so knowledgeable. We really wanted a sturdy recliner and he showed us all the parts of the chairs, even turning them over and explaining the parts to us and what to look for in a good quality chair.

Doreen was absolutely wonderful when it came to helping us find a bed for our kids. We have two small children and she was so patient and knowledgeable on her product. Plus she kept my kids entertained while helping us, so that deserves 5 stars! We haven’t assembled the furniture yet but I’m confident we’ll like what we bought. The store manager was super friendly as well but didn’t catch her name

Had such a great experience here today. Went in to shop for my first living room set, which I was very nervous about, but the staff was so amazing. Someone greeted us as soon as we walked in and stayed with us through the entire process. He went above and beyond helping us pick out a 4 piece couch set and a coffee table/end table set that was not only within the budget we gave him but also the colors/styles we wanted coming in. We probably stayed there over 2 hours asking these poor people a million questions but they all stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. I'm so glad we came here, and with all the great deals and the fantastic customer service I'll be coming back for sure.

What a great little hidden gem in Broken Arrow. No pressure, affordable and low pricing, and good selection. Very helpful staff. Dawn was sweet, went above and beyond making sure all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable. She was never pushy or stalking and that was refreshing. Great store and people. Definitely will come again for our next furniture purchase.

We just finished replacing all of our living room furniture and ended up getting everything from the FFO Home store in Broken Arrow, OK. We took our time and bought the furniture after several visits spaced over a couple of weeks. We probably ended up talking with everyone who works at this store and without exception they were are very friendly and helpful. Someone was always available but they left us alone to shop so we never felt pressured like in other stores. Because of the pricing we ended up getting much more furniture than we expected for the budget. The experience was great and we absolutely had no issues or complaints.

Doreen was very helpful and the variety offered something for everyone. Good prices and quality on recliners and what appears to be an excellent Protection plan.

Friendly service, nice selection, affordable. Not pushy. Ryan and Tommy were so helpful while we were selecting colors. First visit and purchased a bunk bed. Stop in and look. It was a little tougher to find it sits behind chicken place.
